code 26010 vs 10060

What is the difference between code 26010 and 10060 if you are trying to code an abcess of the finger?   I see that someone else asked this question but the answer didn't make sense because the incorrect code was used for the 26010.  Thanks for the help!!

20610 After administering a local anesthetic, the provider inserts a needle through the skin and into a joint or bursa. Fluid may be removed or fluid may be injected into the joint or bursa. The needle is then withdrawn.

10060 The provider makes a small incision through the skin overlying an abscess for incision and drainage. The abscess or cyst is opened with a surgical instrument, allowing the contents to drain.

26010 The provider drains an abscess located in a finger...the provider lances the abscess located in the cutaneous tissue of the finger.
