09-30-2008, 6:25 AM betty dively Joined on 12-05-2005 Sarasota Florida Posts 103 cpt code Patient is S/P intertrochanteric fracture in February.   On 9/24/08 physician removed left hip IMHS nail and inserte antegrade femoral nail left femur.  Would this be an ORIF of intertrochanteric fracture again or what would you suggest???    Report
