10-03-2008, 10:02 AM betty dively Joined on 12-05-2005 Sarasota Florida Posts 103 CPT Anyone have any ideas on this one yet????   Patient had ORIF of distal radius as well as PIN neurectomy-the code for PIN neurectomy is 64772 but it states "Transection or avulsion of other spinal nerve extradural" Is this correct????  Thanks    Report
