I have not coded using 2 mammaries and cryovein for a CABG before so any help with the CPT codes on this will be greatly appreciated:
1)Free Rt Internal Mammary to circumflex/obrtuse marginal artery
2) T-Graft bypass Lt Internal Mammary to Lt anterior descending artery
3) CryoVein to distal Rt Coronary Artery
