11-14-2008, 5:41 AM Titus sam Joined on 05-20-2008 Posts 21 Ipsilateral catheterization -common femoral Dear Friends,      I have some Doubts with Ipsilateral catheterizations, Kindly help me to solve those issues.      Access was made at common femoral artery & the catheter moved in to superficial femoral artery, From SFA wires were placed in anterior tibial & peroneal arteries to perform angioplasties.     I got landed over codes: 36245,  35470, 75962   I’m not sure, whether to code for placement of wires in tibial & peroneal arteries?   Pls.
