08-13-2009, 4:11 PM JSD123 Joined on 08-14-2009 Posts 3 ER Coding: Continuous Cardiac Monitoring Help! I need this answer ASAP! An ER billing company I do per diem work for has asked me for the CPT code for cardiac monitoring (the continuous kind where the patient is just on a monitor) Also, we are NOT talking critical care here! I didn't think they could bill this as a facility outside the ER code. Can someone please help me???? Thanks A Ton!!!!    Report
