Help with Boniva injections!

Our patients get their boniva themselves and have it shipped here. I don't have to bill for the drug itself, just the infusion. I'm billing 90774, and it is denied for missing/incomplete/invalid procedure code. Am I missing something? A modifier doesn't seem to help....   ??

PER THE CPT BOOK 90774 WAS DELETED AND YOU SHOULD USE 96374.
