03-05-2010, 5:25 PM Annthebrit Joined on 03-06-2010 New York Posts 1 modifier question I have billed a 99213 with a modifier 25 the diagnosis was 386.12  then I billed 69210 removal of impacted cerumen with dx for impacted cerumen and then an EKG 93000 for high blood pressure. Apparently the EKG is bundling with the office visit and I was told I need a modifier for the EKG but I have no idea what. Any help would be appreciated Ann    Report
