Newbie needs help with OP note

My surgeon performed a partial distal gastrectomy on a patient who is S/P Roux-En-Y with a tube duodenostomy.
I cannot seem to find an appropriate CPT code (s) and need some help.
What I found was 43631 (partial distal gastrectomy with gastroduodenostomy). I do not feel that 43633 (partial distal gastrectomy with Roux-En-Y reconstruction is appropriate, as this was already performed).
I also found CPT code 49441 (insertion of duodenostomy tube under fluoro), however, no where on the OP note states that the tube was inserted under fluoroscopy.
Would 43631 with a modifier 52 be more appropriate? Should I be using 49441, even if it was not performed under fluoro.
Not sure what to do. Please help!
