12-13-2005, 2:09 PM scuyler9 Joined on 12-13-2005 CT Posts 11 CABG....radial artery When coding CABG, 2 grafts were performed using 1 saphenous vein and 1 radial artery. The CPT guidelines are conflicting regarding the coding of  the harvesting of a radial artery. 1 paragraph says it is included yet the next paragraph says that it is not! Is the harvesting of the radial artery coded separately...35600?? Thanks.    Report
