03-14-2006, 7:51 AM tbelvin Joined on 03-10-2006 Posts 4 abdominal xrays Need opinions on how to code for a patient that has a plain film KUB and left oblique view.  It doesn't seem appropriate to use procedure 74010 since it states "ap and additional oblique AND cone views" .  It also doesn't seem appropriate to only use procedure 74000.  Should I bill procedure 74000 twice with a -59 on the second?
