IV fluids , 2nd bag iv fluids, ivp medication, ivp medication, ivp medication, im injection, im injection. 90760, 90761,  90774, 90774-59, 90774-59, 90772-59, 90772-59? Is this correct if a patient receives the IV's and Injections in the ER. Thanks,   Katy      Report
